    If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Thin Lizzy offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. This is only applicable to products bought online. The customer must cover the cost of return shipping.

    If you want to return goods to us, you must firstly notify us within 30 days of receiving the good(s) by emailing customerservice@thinlizzybeauty.com. Please note, processing and handling/shipping costs will not be refunded. 

    Exceptions: Clearance items are not entitled to a refund or return unless it is received faulty.

    Q. What if my product was received damaged or faulty?
    You are entitled to a replacement or refund if you receive your product damaged or faulty. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced - you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the good(s) by emailing customerservice@thinlizzybeauty.com.
